It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gene Franklin Hebard of Cushing, Oklahoma, who passed away on February 20, 2024, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank T Hebard and Wanda Hebard (Koehn); and his brother Thomas Michael "Rusty" Hebard. He is survived by : his wife Chrsitina; his stepson Jacob Womack; and his cousins, Barbara Richison of Tulsa, Bob Hebard of Texas and Bruce Hebard of Texas. He is also survived by friends and coworkers.
