He is survived by: his parent Mae Phillips Hazelton; his wife Sharon Hazelton; his children, Jason Hazelton (Laura) of Cushing and Angela Earp (Wyatt) of Cushing; his sister Sandra Veatch of Stillwater; his stepchildren, Jayni Graham (Tracy), Jyson Wright and John White, II; his grandchildren, Genah, Jalie and Sampson; his stepgrandchildren, Jeremy Lee, Brandon Lee (Aubrey), Aryan Lee, Nycol Lee, Toran Lee and Western Lee; his great grandchild Braelynn; and also, Cooper, Kaydence and Landon. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
