Ernest Hopkins Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ernest Hopkins of Cushing, Oklahoma, who passed away on August 29, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Hopkins and Mayme Cooper Hopkins; his siblings, Beulah, Ruby, Dora, Lucy, Harold, Joe and Floyd; his stepdaughter Lori Glimp; and his grandchildren, Benny Cariall Pickel II and Susan Raye Hopkins.
He is survived by: his wife Claudia Vickers; his children, Brenda Pickle (Benny) of Prairie Grove, Danny Hopkins of Cushing and Corbin Hopkins of Tulsa; his sister Flora Todd (Norman) of Cushing; his brother-in-law Wyatt Earp (Angela); and his nieces, Raegan, Katelyn and Jenah.
Due to Covid-19, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
