He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Turner and Ruthie Turner (Mosley); and his brother David Turner. He is survived by: his wife Karen "Kay" Hoog; his children, Timothy Turner of Longwood, Florida and Tiffany Turner of Longwood, Florida; his siblings, Robert Turner of Atoka, Oklahoma, William Turner of Atoka, Oklahoma and Susie Kilpatrick of Texas; and his sister-in-law Susan Hoog of Muskogee, Oklahoma.
Viewing was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Clifford D Garrett Family Funeral Home Chapel (1224 E Poplar St, Fort Gibson, OK 74434). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A committal service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 2:30 PM at 1423 Cemetery Rd, Fort Gibson, OK 74434.
