He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Hungate and Marie Elizabeth Hungate (Lacost); his siblings, Morris Hungate and Donna Hungate; and his granddaughter Adley Hungate.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean Cackler; his children, Debbie Lesperance (Jeff) of Cushing, Michelle Cox (Steve) of Huntington, AR, Harley Hungate (Kim) of Yale and Gary Hungate (Angela) of Edmond; his sisters, Norma Johnson (Johnny) and Rebecca Lukens (Sam); and his grandchildren, Aaron Daves of Brandon Daves, A. J, Lesperance, Kimberly Cox, Cortnee Phelton, Christian Huskey, Jessica Bales, Ryan Pelham and Zoe Hungate. He is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
