He was predeceased by: his parents, James Armstrong and Hazel Armstrong (Rishell). He is survived by: his wife Luann Lukens; his children, Janet Riley, Terry Armstrong (Julia) and Gary Armstrong; and his brother Tom Armstrong (Judy). He is also survived by five grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
