He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Lawrence Harris, Sr. and Ethel Williams Harris; his wife Betty Sue Johnson; his son Franklin Joseph; and his brother Lionel Harris.
He is survived by: his sons, Jeffrey Lyn, Jeffery Harris of Yale and David Harris of Stillwater; his grandchildren, Travis Harris, Justin Harris and Virginia Chandonia (Jeremy); and his great grandchildren, Maddison, Jake, Ashley, Megan, Brayden, Maddox and Kymberly.
