She was predeceased by : her parents, Janice Pickard (Lynch) and Stanley Pickard; and her sister Linda Slabotsky. She is survived by : her children, Ashley Joiner (Bryan) and Christopher O'Kelley (Jana); her grandchildren, Hunter, Madison, Finley, Allie and Charlie; her brother Derick Pickard; and her nieces and nephews, Kyle, Kari, Taylor, Mason, Marc and Bradley.

A prayer was held on Thursday, June 13th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Saints Peter & Paul Catholic Church (214 N Steele Ave, Cushing, OK 74023). A memorial service was held on Friday, June 14th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Cindy's name to Huntington's Disease Society of America Oklahoma Chapter.
