She was predeceased by: her parents, Janice Pickard (Lynch) and Stanley Pickard; and her sister Linda Slabotsky. She is survived by: her children, Ashley Joiner (Bryan) and Christopher O'Kelley (Jana); her grandchildren, Hunter, Madison, Finley, Allie and Charlie; her brother Derick Pickard; and her nieces and nephews, Kyle, Kari, Taylor, Mason, Marc and Bradley.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Cindy's name to Huntington's Disease Society of America Oklahoma Chapter.
