He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Frank and Martha Darlene Evans (Wells); and his brother Blaine Evans. He is survived by: his former wives, Elizabeth "Libby" Collins and Trudy Dees (Bryan); his wife Trudy Evans; his children, Sara Johnson (Michael) of Oklahoma City, Cory Evans of Oklahoma City and Kayla Dees of Cushing; and his grandson Collin Johnson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
