He is survived by: his mother Cheryl Spears (Holder) of Cushing; his wife Danea Hickman of Yukon; his children, Jacob Tyler Spears and Brooklynn Hope Spears; his parents-in-law, Eddie and Rhonda Hickman of Tuttle; his brothers, Brent Hickman of Lawton Oklahoma and Steven Hickman (Ashley) of Tuttle Oklahoma; and his sister-in-law Krista John. He is also survived by child he thought of his brothers and sister-in-law.
