He was predeceased by: his parent John Harl; and his siblings, William Stoke, John Harl and Wilma Cook. He is survived by: his parent Walsie Mills Harl; his daughter Angela; his sisters, Emily Watie of Muldrow, Wanda Harl of Vian and Jackie Mattison of Perkins; and his close friends, Tiela Baty and Eddric Baty. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many other relatives and friends.
