He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles "Richard" Patterson and Mary Anderson Patterson; and his sister Debbie Patterson Jackson. He is survived by: his children, Joshua David Patterson of New Philadelphia, Ohio and Christina Holderbaum of Dennison, Ohio; his siblings, George Patterson of Chandler, Oklahoma, Joy Bair (Vinson) of Cushing, Oklahoma, Matthew Patterson and Michelle Patterson of Hot Springs, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Makenzie Patterson of New Philadelphia, Ohio and Camry Patterson of New Philadelphia, Ohio; and his nieces and nephews, Beckie Perez Gonzales of Beach City, Ohio, Paula Jackson Smart of Beach City, Ohio, Scott, Christopher Bair of Cushing, Oklahoma and Evelyn Patterson Compton of Chandler, Oklahoma. He is also survived by many great nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
