James William Smith Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James William Smith of Crowder, Oklahoma, who passed away on April 29, 2023 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Smith and Wanda Smith (Jameson); his son James Bradley Smith; his brothers, Rick Smith, Fred Smith and David Smith; and his stepsister Betty Atwood.
He is survived by: his wife Patsy "Pat" Ruth Blankenship; his children, David Smith (Julie Schmoldt) and Maleana Roulain (Curtis) of Crowder; his granddaughters, Kristin Morrow (Deaven) of Hartshorne and Kylie Smith of Crowder; his siblings, Curtis Smith (Brenda) of Crowder and Nancy Griggs of Crowder; and his stepbrothers, Kenneth McMennamy (Jettie) and Jerry McMennamy (Louise). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family and many friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
