She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Bowman and Maude Bowman (Sutton); her husband William R. "Bill" Allen; and her siblings, Jay Bowman of Tyrus Bowman, C. L, Louise McBride, Eddie Cadenhead, Mildred Pipino, JoAnn McClain and Marjorie Rutledge.

She is survived by: her children, Betty V. "Jenny" Adkins (John F.) of Yukon, Billie Ann Taylor (Eric) of Ardmore and Clifford Allen (Kathy) of Shawnee, Kansas; her grandchildren, Jenifer L. Adkins of Bethany, Laura M. Adkins of Yukon, Lawton Tyson of Ardmore, Steven Tyson of Ardmore and Nicholas Allen of Kansas City, Missouri; her great grandchild Steve Austin Smith of Bethany; and her brother Bob Bowman of Canadian. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
