He is survived by: his wife Kay Lynn; his children, Jo Lynn Pettis of Seminole, OK and Tony Brian Pettis of Cromwell, OK; his grandchildren, Kaleb Pettis and Abi Jo Pettis of Cromwell, OK; and his friends, Honorary, Ben Harjo, Kent Stricker, Don Kimrey, Mark Howell, Wayne Willis and Steve Chambers.
