He is survived by: his parents, Juanita Barker (Horn) and Clyde Barker; his wife Pam; his children, Clay Barker (Charlotte) and Mandi Talbott (Phil); his grandchildren, Claire Barker, Cody Barker, Makenna Talbott and Abbie Talbott; and his siblings, Jerry Barker, Linda Wilson and Lavita Cook. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
