He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Andrew Morrisett and Maggie "Rose" Morrisett; and his brothers, Larry Morrisett and Johnny Morrisett. He is survived by: his wife Linda Morrisett of Crescent; his sons, Mike Morrisett (Tana) of Edmond and Andrew Morrisett of Guthrie; his grandchildren, Ryan Morrisett (Breanna) of Oklahoma City and Amber Smith (Sam) of Oklahoma City; and his great grandchildren, James Morrisett and Kaden Morrisett.
