He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Cutter and Juanita Cutter; his former wife Pat; and his siblings, Elwin, Rose Mary, Jack, Winston and Phyllis.
He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Jimmy Cutter (Dana), Rick Cutter (Lena) and Denise Loudermilk (Bob); his grandchildren, Jillian, Neil, Colin, Alexis, Madison, Karina, Lana, Danielle and Markus; and his siblings, Duane, Charles, Melvin, Alberta and Glenn. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
