He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jack Smith, Imogene Smith, Willie Wilson and Francis Wilson; his father Curtis Smith; and his siblings, Tammy Smith and Matthew Smith.
He is survived by: his mother Mary Lou Smith; his sister Jenifer Martin; his brother-in-law Vince Martin; his sons, Kyle Smith, Hunter Smith and Dalton Ballard; and his niece Eevee Martin. He is also survived by 3 uncles, 4 aunts, several cousins, his firefighter brothers and sisters.
