He is survived by: his son Bradley Eugene Hicks (Angela Hicks) of Guthrie; his grandchildren, Nick and Abby; his great grandchild Hunter; his close friend Betty Yocham of Crescent; and his siblings, Erline Moore and Stanley.
Donnie was a supporter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and any donations can be made in Mary Dawn Hicks name.
