It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Joy Oltmanns of Crescent, Oklahoma, who passed away on October 5, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her brother Bill; her parents, Ida Oltmanns and John Oltmanns; and her brothers, John LeRoy and Wilbert (Bill).
She is survived by: her siblings, Paul (Sonia), Eddie, Johanna Ethridge (Edmond), Wilma (Doyle Rahe) and Marilyn (Ray Talley). She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Memorial donations can be made to the Froniter Country Historical Museum.
