He was predeceased by: his parents, Penzy Mack McCoy, Sr. and Ellen Iva McCoy (Dixon); his sisters, Debra, Berlee, Arabella and Corlee; and his nephew Dwight Abram.
He is survived by: his sons, Penzy Mack McCoy III (Natalie McCoy) of Oklahoma City and Nicolas Swayne McCoy (Amy McCoy) of Oklahoma City; his wife Jacqueline McCoy of Oklahoma City; his siblings, Brenda Ontiveros of Crescent, Carlton McCoy and Margie of Dallas; his mother-in-law Loretta Averitt of Midwest City; his siblings-in-law, Arnold Avriett (Jennifer Avriett) of Oklahoma City, Troy Avriett (Rhonda Avriett) of Midwest City and Nancy Avriett of Oklahoma City; and also Carlton Mccoy. He is also survived by his 11 grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, and numerous cousins.
