He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his daughters, Melissa Scott (Rob) of Coyle and Heather Maker (Cory) of Guthrie, OK; his granddaughters, Amber Ware (Jared) of Perkins, OK, Mickayla Scott of Stillwater, OK and Macie Maker of Guthrie; his great grandchild Grace of Perkins; his sisters, Norma (Eddie) of Republic, MO and Pam Goyette of Wister, OK; and his siblings-in-law, Ronald Jackson (Kay) of Kingston, OK and Glenda Sexton of Coyle. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
