She is survived by: her husband Anthony "Tony" Dwain Moffett; her children, Renee Rust of Oologah, OK and Daryl Campbell of Skiatook, OK; her grandchildren, Heather Sawyer (Seith) of Pryor, OK and Ashlei King (Jeremiah) of Skiatook, OK; her great grandchildren, Rayelynn and Jaylynn King; and her siblings, Lewis Dillon (Lynda) of Norman, OK, Nancy Campbell of Tulsa, OK and Cindy Braswell (Frank) of Upland, IN. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
