He is survived by: his wife Willow May Wheeler (Norman); his stepchildren, Dorthy Jean Riddle and William Thomas Norman (Tammy); his grandchildren, Andrew Riddle (Holly), Sarah Jamison (Drew), Brittany Norman and William Norman Jr. (Jlisa); his sister-in-law Gleenda Wheeler; his nieces, Diania, Cathy and Juanita; and his nephew Robert.
