She was predeceased by: her father Harlan Edward "Sonny" Reynolds. She is survived by: her mother Betty Rose Reynolds (Foster); her stepfather Norman Parks of Coweta, Oklahoma; her children, Angel Taylor (Bob) of Edmond, Oklahoma and Andrew McClellan of Coweta, Oklahoma; her brother Eddie Reynolds (Beverly) of Coweta, Oklahoma; and her granddaughters, Arielle "Ari" Taylor of Tulsa, Avery Rose Taylor of Edmond and Alyssa Belle Taylor of Edmond, Oklahoma. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in memory of Ruthie to the Southside Elementary Library Fund, 15289 State Highway 72, Coweta, Oklahoma 74429.
