He is survived by: his daughters, Ambrea Lowater of Sapulpa, OK and Kayla Brillhart of Claremore, OK; his mother Velma Nixon; his stepfather Gary Nixon of Inola, OK; his grandchildren, Emily Morris, Joseph Morris, Logan Brillhart and Lilly Brillhart; and his siblings, Dean Lowater of Coweta, OK, Pat Stunkard of Tulsa, OK and Terry Lowater of Kiefer, OK. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
