He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard M. Fulton and Marilyn L. Fulton (Cline); his wife Judith R. Fulton; and his sisters, Elizabeth Warner and Rhonda Fulton.
He is survived by: his sons, Ryan Fulton (Casey) of Enid, OK and Stephen Fulton (Sarah) of Sand Springs, OK.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and nephews.
