With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phillip Edward Haddad of Coweta, Oklahoma, born in Altus, Oklahoma, who passed away on March 29, 2022 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Neena Shadid; and his sons, Dr. Tony (Heather Haddad) and Jeff. He is also survived by four grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Flowers That Do Not Wither Fund at St. Elijah.
