She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Sam Chissoe and Poker Sarty; her children, Mike Dobbins of Broken Arrow, OK and Linda Dobbins of Warren, VT; her grandchildren, Justin Dobbins (Elise) and Sarah Willhite (Jason); her great grandchildren, Josh Willhite, Jace Willhite, Paili Dobbins and Skylar Dobbins; her stepchildren, Nancy Brooks, Richard Dobbins, Joyce Thompson and Ramona Rhodes; and her husband Raymond F. Dobbins. She was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
