He was predeceased by: his parents, James Floyd "Boe" and Vera Gladys Harrell (Dick); his brother Lee Roy; and his sister-in-law Norma Jean Harrell. He is survived by: his wife Alice Jane Clanton; his children, Dala Steelmon (Marvin) of Coweta, Marla Stephens (John) of Coweta, Jo Sillyman (Jay) of North Zulch, Texas and Todd Harrell of Coweta, Oklahoma; his sister Lora Victory of Chelsea, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Dalynn Steelmon (Justin Holmes), Witni Sisco (JW) and Kane Sillyman; and his great grandchildren, Drew, Elliet, Evan Holmes, Braylen, Brazen and Tinleigh Sisco. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
