She is survived by: her husband Charles Leo Higgins; her sons, Charles Wayne Higgins (Lourdes) of Coweta, OK and George Allen Higgins (Stacey) of Burlington, NC; her grandchildren, Anna Claire Higgins, Olivia Higgins and George Allen Higgins, Jr.; and her niece Judy Henson of Vinita, OK. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
