She was predeceased by: her parents, William Jack Cook and Ruby Anna Forrester (Hall); and her siblings, Anna Marie Smith, William Jack Cook Jr. and Samuel David Cook.
She is survived by: her stepfather Larry Forrester; her husband Robert "Bob" Green; her sons, Robert Green and Matthew Green; and her siblings, Debbie Kroll, Tammy Baker, Tina Goldman (Deric) and Robert Cook (Maria). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews family members and friends.
