She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Stephens and Charlotte Estelle Stephens (Weathers); and her sister Cecilia Hall. She is survived by: her husband Jack Mullins; her children, Dannie Townley, Jr. of Shady Point and Deana Oakes of Poteau, Oklahoma; her siblings, John Stephens (Marla) of Coweta, Bill Stephens (Marcia) of Broken Arrow, Tom Stephens (Angie) of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Frances Thompson of Poteau, Oklahoma; and her grandchildren, Lacey Oakes, Micah Oakes, Madison Oakes, Matthew Townley, Jerry Dean Townley and Mya Townley. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
