He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Ryals; his children, Rachel Sudduth (Ken), Stephen Ryals (Amy) and Phillip Ryals (Amanda); his grandchildren, Aaron Sudduth, Mikayla Nguyen, Noah Ryals, Cade Ryals, Savannah Rahm and Zac Sheppard; and his great grandchildren, Harrison Sudduth, Lauren Nguyen and Charlie Rahm.
