It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leona Vivian Foster of Coweta, Oklahoma, born in Hulbert, Oklahoma, who passed away on February 22, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Lee Moss Sr. and Florence Jane Moss (Rutherford); her husband Cecil Foster; her daughter Rhonda Lynne Javine; and her great grandchildren, Stevie-Lynne Nicole Brown and William Tate Shanks.
She is survived by: her children, Teana Roseanne (Michael Edward Brown), Cecil Leon Jr. (Angelia Denise Foster) and Heather Amber (Jack Vincent Spurrier); her grandchildren, Megan Foster, Christopher Foster, Geoffrey Javine, Patrick Javine, Rylan Javine, Joshua Brown, Joseph Brown, Jacob Brown, MaKayla Foster, Bethany Foster, Olivia Foster, Lacey Harrell and Jackson Shanks; her great grandchildren, Nykolas, Ashlyn, Keaton, Kayden, P. J., Alex, Xzander, Gunner, Elijah, Connor, Bentley, Wiley-J, Reed and Waylon; and her sister Jualice Chalakee of Coweta, OK. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; other family and friends.
