He is survived by: his wife Vicki Boulware; his son Garrett Boulware (Niki) of Broken Arrow; his grandchildren, Gunner, Jamie and Noah; his son Wyatt Boulware of Broken Arrow; his grandchildren, Evan, Ellie and Nicholas Boulware of Broken Arrow; his great grandchild Ian; his grandchild Kelsey Moody of Coweta; his great grandchildren, Warren Blake, Kayleigh, Andrea Reynolds (Russell) of Coweta, Remington and Penelope; his siblings, Jenelle Boulware of Omaha, Marsha Tenorio of Omaha, Nebraska and Johnny Blanchard of Des Moines, Iowa; and also, Miranda, Keesha Branson (Patrick) of Beggs, Mack and Maverick. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
