He is survived by: his spouse Jean Bowers; his sons, Richard Bowers (Valerie) of Broken Arrow, Donald Bowers of Broken Arrow and Brian Bowers (Tammy Lott) of Tulsa, Oklahoma; his siblings, Roy Bowers of Coweta, Jack Bowers and Mary Lou Billings of Florida; and his close friend Jean Bowers of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other extended family and friends.
