She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Charles "Dick" Minyard, Jr. and Edyth Agnes (Winton). She is survived by: her son Timothy Ryan Meador (Mandi) of Coweta; her granddaughter Madison Meador of Coweta; and her sister Georgia Burd (Pete). She is also survived by Numerous Nieces and Nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be in Janice's memory to Alzheimer's Association, 225 North Michigan Avenue FL 17, Chicago, Illinois 60601.
