We bid farewell to Edwinna LeMay of Coweta, Oklahoma, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 5, 2024 at the age of 81. Edwinna touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Levonia Darnell (Ribera) and Burl Eual Darnell; her siblings, Lenn Darnell and Cornelia Frazier; and her in-laws, Don Frazier, Vincent Lewis and Vickie Darnell.
She is survived by: her children, Curtis LeMay (Laura) and Debbie Coday (Jeffrey Terrio); her grandchildren, Eric Coday (Jillian), Callie Vargas (Chris), MacKenzie LeMay and Adyson LeMay; her great grandchildren, Marlene "Marley" Coday and Baby; her siblings, LaWanda Jo Heacock, Marlene Lewis, Geraldine Tucker (Jimmy) and Chris Darnell; her siblings-in-law, Barbara Darnell and Jimmy Tucker; and her children, Leo Ahanotu, Amber, Amanda Gotziner, Kristen Adair and Deena Nickerson. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and members of her church family.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Brown Funeral Home (210 S Broadway, Coweta, OK 74429). Viewing was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM at the St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church (15842 S 297th E Ave, Coweta, OK 74429). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at the Vaughn Memorial Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Eddie to St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, Woman's Ministry or the building fund.
