He was predeceased by: his parents, James Joice and Florence Helen Joice (Whisanat); his wife Dee Joice; and his brothers, James Joice and Houston Joice.
He is survived by: his son Earnest Allen Joice of Mounds, Oklahoma; his brother Jerry Joice (Toni) of Coweta, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Susan Marie Faith (Devon), Amanda Gail Joice, Jesse Allen Joice (Laura), Willie Rea Joice and Eric Colter Joice; and his great grandchildren, Brent Allen Faith, Nicholas Ryan Joice and Kenci Tyler Faith. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
