He is survived by: his wife Ruthie Curtis; his children, Brian Curtis (Alicen) of Coweta, Oklahoma and Melissa Turner (Jeff) of Owasso, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Abigail Turner, Emma Turner, Katy Turner and Charis Curtis; and his siblings-in-law, Brenda and Brian Mascho. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
