He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Olen Shockley Sr. and Norma Louise Shockley (Purdom); and his sisters, Lynda Booker and Lisa Harrell. He is survived by: his sister Lorie King (Rick) of Porter, Oklahoma; his nieces, Jennifer Glover, Jessica Davis, Andrea Greer, Brandy Covington, Angel Stowe and Anna King; and his nephew Richard Lee King Jr.. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
