He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara Underwood. He is survived by: his father Melvin Underwood (Angela); his significant other Pam Carter of Coweta, OK; his stepsister Alexandra Teel (Tommy) of Frisco, TX.; and also James Underwood of Grove.
