He is survived by: his former wife Lela Arlene Cole; his wife Arlene Mathews; his daughter LaDonna Collins (David) of Haskell, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, John Collins, Mike Collins (Meghan), Matt Collins, Jeremy Mathews (Tracy) and Dana Andrews (Duane); his great grandchildren, Tristin, Conley, Makayla, Paisley, Cash, Caleigh, Colby, DeJay, Brody, Jaxon, Brynlee, Ashley, Nathan and Connor; his sister Lorene Choate (Kenneth) of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; his stepdaughters, Linda Sullivan (Dennis) of Coweta and Carla Long (Leslie) of Coweta, Oklahoma; his stepgrandchildren, Angie Foster (Leon), Shelley Foster (Brock), Dwight Long (Jackie), Jerel Long, Elaina Brown, Andrea King (Steven), Dana Easley, Stephanie Easley and David Easley II; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, MaKayla, Bethany, Olivia, Hanna, Michael, Anthony, Jerelyn, Lynzee, Logan, Abel, Carson, Chance, Destiny and Cody. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
