She is survived by: her husband Bob Madewell; her daughters, Donna Christine Houx, Pam Warren and Melissa Page; her grandchildren, Shannon Thumann (Brady) and Christine Houx; her siblings, Louise Latham, Eunice Jordan, Velma Swarer, Jenice Swarer, Walter "Sonny" Vaughn and J. W. Vaughn (Francis); and her brother-in-law Bob Lewis. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
