It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Leo Higgins of Coweta, Oklahoma, born in Wagoner, Oklahoma, who passed away on January 15, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Arthur and Geneva Bell Higgins (Mullins); his wife Martha Jane Higgins; and his sister Lucille Wilder. He is survived by: his sons, Charles Wayne Higgins (Lourdes) of Coweta and George Allen Higgins, Sr. (Stacey) of Burlington; his grandchildren, Hannah Claire Higgins, Olivia Jane Higgins and George Allen Higgins, Jr.; and his sister Marie Reese of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
