He was predeceased by: his parents, Alta Celeste McMillin (Davis) and Clarence McMillin; his son Michael Dewayne McMillin; and his brother Charlie McMillin. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline McMillin; his children, Mark McMillin (Viki) of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and Jill White (Brent) of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Joshua White (Lara), Jordan White (Lauren), Breana McIntosh (Jacob), Michael McMillin (Dara), Adam McMillin (Jessica) and Tory Locken (Donny); and his brother Boyd McMillin (Alpha). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in memory of Bill to the Oklahoma Baptist Homes for Children, DaySpring Villa, or a charity of your choice.
