He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Alderson and Edith Alderson (Hagan); his wife Maxine Alderson; and his siblings, John Alderson, Bonnie Paton, Jim Alderson and Roger Alderson.
He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Peterson (Bryan) of Broken Arrow, Ben "Bub" Alderson of Coweta, Stephanie Fenton (Rowdy) of Broken Arrow, Michael Alderson of Sand Springs and Jimmy Dale Alderson of Sallisaw, Oklahoma; his sister Goldie Harvey of Sallisaw, Oklahoma; and his grandchildren, Hunter Thorsen, Chloe Thorsen, Rowdy Fenton, Joshua Fenton, Tessa Alderson, Chase Alderson and Breann Frazier. He is also survived by several great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews, and other relatives.
