She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse James and Willie Mae Howell Fletcher; her former husbands, Richard Burchett and Gerald Fletcher; her siblings, Lola Payne (Ray Payne), Herbert Fletcher, Don Fletcher and Kenneth Fletcher (Carol Fletcher); and her son Gerald Fletcher Jr.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Dorothy; her husband Richard Meadows; her brother Jimmy Fletcher of Tulsa; her children, Frances (Mike Love) and Jimmy (Alicia Fletcher) of Mounds, OK.; her grandchild Her; and her great grandchildren, Xavier King of Wagoner, Jordan Clark Weinacht of Broken Arrow, Kyle Clark of Tulsa and Mandla Prince Kakubo.
